I have known Ernesto for nearly 20 years and we have worked on numerous projects together. He is a first rate developer, highly skilled in programming and developing applications, especially those that have some GIS component. Ernesto works well in teams, especially when his clients can provide content and good ideas for him to put together applications on the web or other platforms. We did some great work with online atlases where Ernesto really put together appealing visual content and easy to use navigation. I have been involved in several projects with Ernesto that have won awards, in no small part because of his excellent work. Highly recommended.
